  1. Cauliflower ko wash Kar ke cut Kar Lein uske leaves aur Jo hard part hai usko ko bhi barik barik cut Kar Lein aur alag Kar Lein aur Jo ghobi ke flowers hai alag Kar Lein
  2. Ab pan mein oil dal Kar onion add Karen isko tender hony Take cook Karen. ab ginger garlic paste add Karen aur light golden hony Take cook Karen
  3. Ab chopped tomatoes add Kar Lein aur sath mein Gobhi ke leaves aur hard part bhi add Kar Lein kiou ke Inka cooking time zyida hota hai ab inko mix Karen aur cover Kar ke 2 minutes cook Karen
  4. Ab salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,crushed red chilli, crushed coriander,dal Kar mix Karen aur bhon Lein jab tender hojeay tou 5 tbsp water add Karen aur cover Kar low flame per cook Karen
  5. Ab isme chopped green chillies,aur Gobhi ke opar waly part add Karen ab isko bhi bhun Lein aur again 4 tbsp water aur crushed cumin seeds add Karen aur pan ko cover Kar low flame per 10 minutes ke leay cook Kar Lein
  6. Ab cover hata Kar spoon se check Karen agar ghobi fully cook naw hui ho tou again low flame per 10 minutes ke leay cook Kar Lein
  7. Mazedar ghobi ki bhujiya ready hai
