The ingredients needed to make Shahi Matar ghobi:
  1. Prepare 250 gm cauliflower
  2. Take 2 onion
  3. Prepare 2 tomato
  4. Take 3-4 green chilli
  5. Prepare 15-20 clove Garlic
  6. Make ready 1" Ginger
  7. Take 1 cup green peas
  8. Make ready 2 tsp Garam masala
  9. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  11. Take 2-3 green cardoman
  12. Get 2-3 tbsp cream /malai
  13. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  14. Get as needed Oil for fry
  15. Prepare 3 tbsp oil for gravy
  16. Get as needed Coriander leaves for garnish
Steps to make Shahi Matar ghobi:
  1. First soaked the Cashew for 20 min then fried the cauliflower piece in hot oil
  2. Then using same pan /kadhai add 1 tsp oil add chopped onion, garlic cloves, ginger, tomato and soaked Cashew fry till light brown then cool it down
  3. Then grind in a mixi to form a smooth paste
  4. After that add 2 tbsp oil in a same pan add green cardoman crush, cumin seed after crackle of cumin add paste saute for 2-3 min then add all dried masala saute till oil separate from masala
  5. Then add cream /malai for smooth texture
  6. After that add fried ghobhi, green peas and salt cook for 10-15 min in low to medium flame
  7. After that garnish with chopped coriander leaves
  8. I had used homemade garam masala
  9. You can add curry leave for extra taste
