Method to make Mini Uttapam: Finely chop the onion, tomato, red capsicum, green capsicum and coriander leaves and keep each one separately in a plate.   5. Heat a nonstick griddle. Grease with oil.Pour 1 spoon of batter on tawa,place stuffing ball,again pour 1 spoon of batter over it.
  6. Cook it on low medium heat from both sides till it becomes crispy and golden.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.Add mustard seeds.When it crackle add karri leaves and turmeric powder.
  8. Put the prepared uttapum in the pan.Coat the tadka over it.turnoff the flame.
  9. Transfer it in serving plate.serve with any sauce or chutney.
