The ingredients needed to make Rava Khichadi:
Make ready 200 gm Rava
Prepare 200 ml Oil
Make ready 1 tsp Mustard seed
Take 1 tsp Urad Dal
Get 25 gm Cashew nut

Make ready 1 Chopped Onion
Make ready 2 Chopped Green chillies
Make ready 2 tsp Chopped ginger

Instructions to make Rava Khichadi:
Take a pan add 100 ml oil, mustard seeds, Urad dhall, Cashew nut cook in low flame until golden brown in colour. Then add onion cooked few minutes it's turn translation add green chillies and ginger.
Then add tomatoes cooked in high flame. Untill come massive consistency add Turmeric powder, garam masala salt add rava stir well. Then add hot water cooked few minutes.
Then add 100 ml oil and coriander leaves and closed with lid and cooked 2 minutes in low flame and switch off the gas. Finally add lime juice and stir well. Rava Khichadi ready to serve.
