  2. Put another pot on heat then add palm oil after 1min add pepper,onion and waterleaf stir for 10min add stock and crayfish.Allow to boil for 5min
  3. Then add pumpkin leaf stir after 2min turn off heat and serve with semo etc
  4. So yummy and nutritious.
