Steps to make Tofu (Awara):
  1. Wash your soya Bean's and remove dirt's (Immediately after washing grind, because when you soak the beans for a long time it produces lots of shaft after grinding)

  10. Then cut into desired shape
  11. Deepfry in hot oil till golden brown
  12. Serve with peppered sauce or you desired choice.
  13. Note, Tofu that is not fried can be portioned and preserved in the fridge till when ready for use.
