Instructions to make Carrot Sauce:
  1. Alright, the first thing you should do before preparing this sauce is to determine the quantity of the ingredients you are going to use depending on the quantity of the sauce you want in your pot.
  2. Then you start by dicing your carrots into small or large sizes depending on your taste. If you are using tomatoes fruit you can add it to the red pepper then blend together. Slice your onions, green peppers, green beans (if that's the one you are using) and the spring onions (green onions).
  3. Next you mix everything together inside a flat bowl just like this:
  4. Okay, if you are using the paste that is the sachet tomatoes, dissolve it inside a bowl using little water. I prefer the paste since we are making a sauce which obviously needs to be thick. The paste adds more thickness which the fresh tomatoes cannot give the sauce.
  5. In a clean pot or pan heat up little oil using a medium flame also depending on the quantity of what you want to fry and make sure the oil is not too much to avoid the carrots from becoming too soggy. Then pour in the onions, carrot, green peppers, green peas/beans, and the rest inside the oil. Also, if you are using the tomato paste pour it inside after putting in the carrots, etc.
  6. Allow to simmer just for a very little while then add the spices, just a little bit of salt to taste because the carrots are quite sensitive to salt so they tend to get salty easily. Then make sure to taste whether it's spicy enough.
  7. The whole cooking shouldn't take more than 10-15 minutes. Okay from the picture above I used boiled egg as the source of protein in the sauce but you can as well use meat, chicken or turkey. I don't really think fish is palatable for this sauce.
  8. Finally serve the sauce with a main dish like rice, spaghetti, or indomie.

Which usually means at any given carrot sauce time in your cooking cycle cycles there is quite probably someone somewhere that’s better and/or worse at cooking more than you personally. Take heart from this because even the very best have bad days in terms of cooking. There are several people who cook for several reasons. Some cook as a way to consume and survive while others cook simply because they actually enjoy the whole process of cooking. Some cook during times of emotional upheaval yet many others cookout of utter boredom. No matter your reason for cooking or learning to cook you need to always begin with the basics.

Still another terrific bit of information when it comes to cooking basics is to use more straightforward recipes for a while and then expand your own horizons into the more complex recipes which abound. Most recipes are going to have little note about their level of difficulty and you’re able to read through the recipe to see whether or not it really is something you’re interested in preparing or certain you could prepare. Remember Rome wasn’t built in one time and it’ll take a relatively good time to build a reliable’repertoire' of recipes to work into your meal planning rotation.

You will also detect as your experience and confidence grows you will see your self increasingly more usually improvising when you go and adjusting recipes to fulfill your personal preferences. If you prefer less or more of ingredients or wish to make a recipe a little more or less hot in flavor you can make simple alterations on the way to be able to attain this goal. Put simply you will start punctually to create meals of one’s individual. And that is something which you won’t fundamentally learn when it has to do with basic cooking skills for newbies however, you’d never learn if you didn’t master those simple cooking abilities.
