  4. Now add ur seasonings except salt and maggi and let the tomato paste fry for few seconds untill the oil start showing on top.
  5. Pour in ur leftover stew and add the fried fish into it. Season with the maggi and salt then cover to boil for 5 mins. The fried fish in the mixture will give it a different taste entirely 😋😋.
  6. After 5 mins, bring out ur fried fish from the pot and set aside. Add water in to the pot and leave to bowl for few seconds.   8. Give it a good stir, add ur fish on top and cover for about 10mins. Your Jollof is ready. U can serve with fried plantain.
