Then cut from the middle and cut like 2 & a half inches wide.
  3. Arrange in a greased baking pan, allow to rise for another 15-20minutes. Then bake for 15minutes or until golden.
  4. To make the glazing, mix butter and cream cheese together, add powdered sugar, essence and milk, stir until creamy.
  5. For the salted caramel (made mine beforehand) add 1 cup sugar in a pan, 2tbsp water, cook until almost golden, keep an eye on it because it can get burnt easily.
  6. Add 4 tbsp boiled hot water once it becomes Golden, turn heat off & add a tbsp whipped cream, and a pinch of salt. It will start bubbling once u add the whipped cream. Watch carefully.
  7. Once the caramel is a little cool, pour over Cinnamon rolls, then pour the glazing. - - Voila! - - Wild Flavours - Chef B
