  6. Get 1 onion bulb (sliced)
  7. Take Pepper (grinded)
  8. Take to taste Salt
Steps to make Okpehe Rice:
  1. Place pot on heat and add water and allow to boil then add rice to parboil for five minutes.
  2. Drain the rice and place pot on heat pour oil allow it to heat for 2 min
  3. Add onion, Pepper, okpehe and allow to fry well. Add water add salt Maggi,crafish.
  4. Add your drained rice and allow to cook for 10min
  5. Your okpehe rice is ready to eat and it's yummy
