  1. Make ready 2 Packs Indomine Noodles
  2. Get fried Eggs
  3. Get fried Ripe Plantain
  4. Take 2 Fresh Habanero Pepper diced
  5. Get 1/2 Bulb of Onion diced
  6. Make ready 1 Spoon Olive Oil
  7. Prepare 1 pack noodles spice

Fried Plantains - sweet ripe plantains, sliced and fried to perfection. It's somewhat crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Sooo good that you can eat it as a side dish to rice & beans, stews or on its own! Dodo is one of every Nigerian's favorite.

Instructions to make Noodles and fried plantain:
  1. Heat up water in a small pot and once its boiling hot break noodles in pieces and add to hot water once the water is dried up and the noodles is tender remove from fire and place frying pan on fire
  2. Add olive oil and once its hot add onions and stir for about 3 mins then add habanero pepper and the noodles spice
  3. Add the noodles into the mix and stir fry; turn off heat after 3mins and serve with eggs and fried plantain.

Sooo good that you can eat it as a side dish to rice & beans, stews or on its own! Dodo is one of every Nigerian's favorite. It is also quite fast and easy to make. It can be eaten as a side dish, paired with any rice dish (Jollof Rice, Fried Rice, Coconut Rice etc), noodles, almost anything as a matter of fact. I am yet to see anyone eat it with a morsel though.
