  3. Heat enough oil in a pan. When oil is medium hot thn put 3-4 kofta into it. Fry them till become light brown with some caution because these are very soft.
  4. Grevy:- Heat oil and desi ghee in a pan. Saute all the whole spices then add chopped tomato. After 4-5 minutes add cashew and Mellon seeds after 4-5 minutes add all the dry spices. Now add water and give a good boil.
  5. When cool down. Grind it into grinder. Now sieve it because we need smooth gravy for kofta. Pour it into the pan for further boiling. Boil it 2-3 minutes. Now add MALAI(not cream). U can adjust thickness of gravy by adding some milk into it. I added milk.
