The ingredients needed to make Okro soup:
  1. Make ready Grated okro
  2. Take leaf Sliced uzuza
  3. Take Palm oil
  4. Get Grounded crayfish
  5. Take Black pepper
  6. Take Boiled meat
  7. Take Meat stock
  8. Make ready Salt
  9. Get cubes Seasoning
Instructions to make Okro soup:
  1. In a pot pour in your meat stock and add appropriate water and boil it.. Add into it your grated okro and stir
  2. Add appropriate palm oil to it,add your cooked meat and stir. Allow it to simmer for about 10 minutes
  3. Add your grounded crayfish, salt, pepper,seasoning cubes to it and stir it. Allow it to simmer for about 20 minutes
  4. Add your uzuza leaf to it. Stir and taste if your seasoning is okay. Allow it to simmer for 3 minutes
  5. Your okro soup is ready to be served with Eba, semo, pounded yam etc. Enjoy your meal
