The ingredients needed to make Bbq rice:
  1. Take 2 cups rice
  2. Get 1/2 kg Chicken boneless
  3. Take Tandoori masala 3 tbp
  4. Prepare Lemon 1 juice
  5. Take Yoghurt 2 tbp
  6. Prepare Red chilli powder 1 tbp
  7. Get to taste Salt
  8. Take pinch Orange food colour
  9. Make ready Capsicum 1 big
  10. Prepare Carrot 1 big
  11. Make ready half Cabbage
  12. Take 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  13. Make ready 2 sticks Spring onion
  14. Make ready 1 cup Mayonnaise
  15. Take Ketchup 2 tbp
  16. Get Mayo garlic 2 tbp
  17. Get 1 tsp Black pepper
  18. Prepare 1 tsp Soya sauce

Steps to make Bbq rice:
  1. In a bowl mix in mayonnaise, garlic mayo, ketcup, salt and pepper and hot sauce. Keep aside
  2. Marinate chicken with tandoori masala, soya sauce, salt and pepper, lemon and yoghurt. Cook and keep aside.
  3. In a pan add carrot, capsicum, cabbage, salt and pepper, red chilli flakes. Mix and fry for 2 minutes. Add spring onion cook for another 2 min and keep aside.
  4. In a pot boil water, salt and oil. Add rice and cook until fully done.
  5. For layering: layer rice, vegetables, chicken and sauce.
  6. Put in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Tadaaa yummy Bbq rice are ready to eat๐Ÿ˜‹
