The ingredients needed to make Egg Roll:
  1. Make ready 1 cup Flour
  2. Get 1 tbsp Butter
  3. Get 2 tbsp Sugar
  4. Get pinch Salt
  5. Get 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  6. Take 1/3 cup Water
  7. Take Oil for frying
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder /Nut meg
  9. Take 3 Eggs

I also experimented with freezing the egg rolls uncooked. After freezing I put them straight into a hot oven.

Steps to make Egg Roll:
  1. Sieve flour in to a bowl, add sugar, salt, cinnamon /nut meg, baking powder, butter and water, knead to form a dough.
  2. Boil 3 eggs and remove the shells, scoop dough in to 3 balls, deflate each ball and place the boiled egg then roll over smoothly, allow to sit for 7-10mints(let the baking powder rises).
  3. Fry in low heat untill golden brown.
  4. Hmmm….
  5. I ate it as b/fast.

I also experimented with freezing the egg rolls uncooked. After freezing I put them straight into a hot oven. Egg rolls are so called because the wrappers (or "skins") are made with egg; spring rolls wrappers are not.
