Steps to make Shahi Cauliflower Kofta Curry:
  1. In a mixing bowl add grated cauliflower, add gram flour, add turmericpowder
  2. Add red chilli powder, add salt mix it well properly. Please avoid water
  3. Now take a khoya add cashew, add raisins
  4. And make small lemon size balls now add stuffing and all balls are ready.
  5. Now take a pan add oil, add cumin seeds, add garlic, add green chilli
  6. Add onion, add tomato, add bay leaf, add black pepper
  7. Add cloves, add termeric, add red chilli powder
  8. Add pomegranate powder, add coriander powder mix it well now take a jar and add little water grind it and make a smooth paste.
  9. Now take a same pan add oil now take a balls and coat with gram flour and deep fry to all balls
  10. Now balls are ready. Now take a same pan add oil, add gravy masala, add coriander powder
  11. Add red chilli powder, add salt, add fresh cream mix it well
