  2. Prepare 2 Capsicum

  7. Get 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp Curd
  9. Make ready to taste Salt

  1. First lets prepare marination mix by adding ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt and spices of your choice in cornflour. Mix raw ingredients well and now add curd and make thin batter for marination
  2. Now chop paneer and veggies in big chunks and dip in marination mixture and keep it aside for 1 hour
  3. Take a skewer and arrange the veggies one by one. Start with potato and now add vegetables of your choice and keep all the skewer sticks ready
  4. And roast them on open gas stove this they are cooked. Add chat masala for taste and here our healthy rain special snack is ready!
