  1. First break eggs into a bowl

  3. When shallots are transparent add chilli and turmeric powder.
  4. Add this mix to eggs with salt.Beat them well.
  5. Add left oil to tawa and when oil is hot add egg mix and spread all over tawa
  6. Flip omelette and cook other side
  7. Serve this with tomato ketchup
