I will be showing how to fry plantains commonly known as dodo / Platanos Maduros.   2. In a pot add water and leave to boil. Add the noodles with the pepper, onions,ginger and fish and cover to boil on medium heat(if it's fried fish, u can add when it's almost done)
  3. When it's almost done, add the noodles seasonings, stir on top a little, reduce to low heat and cover to finish cooking.
