  1. Soak kashmiri red chilli in hot water for1hr.and make paste. Roast tomatoes directly on flame and peel the skin.Churn in chopper.
  2. Take tomato puree in a pan. Add sugar cinemmon stick cloves and red chilli paste. Mix well. Stir continously on mid. slow flame. Add vinegar salt and pepper powder. Mix and stir till water gets evaporated.
  3. Tasty innovative Tomato Jam is ready to serve. Garnish with tomato and cinemmon stick. U can store for 6 months in a freeze.
