  2. Make ready 1 chopped onion (square shape)
  3. Get 1/2-1/2 each coloured chopped bell pepper (square shape)

  5. Get 1 finely chopped onion
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp gram flour
  7. Make ready 2 finely chopped large tomatoes
  8. Get 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. Take 2 tsp coriander powder
  10. Take 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  12. Make ready 2-3 tbsp curd
  13. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala

Instructions to make Bell Pepper Onion Masala:
  1. Let’s take 2 Tbsp oil in a wok. When oil is hot add chopped onion and capsicum. Now add little salt and mix it well. Sauté it until colour get change. Now take out from the wok and keep it aside.
  2. Now add 1 tbsp oil in a same wok. When oil is hot, add cumin seeds. Now add finely chopped onion and sauté for a while. Now add gram flour, mix it well and sauté until aromatic and colour get change.
  3. When it turns in light brown colour then add chopped tomatoes and mix it well. Now add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it well.
  4. Now keep the flame low and add curd add and stir continuously. Add 1/2 cup water, mix it well, cover it and cook it for 7-8 minutes on low flame. After 7-8 minutes, you can see the gravy starts releasing oil. Garvey is properly cooked.
  5. Now add fried onion and capsicums. Add garam masala, salt as per your taste, mix it well, cover it with the lid and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Now onion bell pepper masala is ready to serve. Enjoy the curd flavoured bell peppers curry😋
