The ingredients needed to make Stuffed Bellpeppers:
Get 300 gm Chicken Mince
Make ready 1 Orange Bell pepper
Take 1 Red Bell pepper
Make ready 1 Yellow Bell pepper

Make ready 3-4 Garlic cloves chop
Prepare 1/2 inch Ginger piece chop
Make ready 1/4 cup Oil
Make ready 1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Make ready 1/2 cup Peas boiled
Take 1/4 cup Corn boiled
Get 1 Tbsp Red Chilli powder
Prepare 1/2 Tsp Termuric (haldi)
Make ready 1 Tsp Cumin seeds (zeera)
Make ready 2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander chop
Make ready 1 Sprig Spring Onion(green only)
Get leaves Few Fresh Mint
Steps to make Stuffed Bellpeppers:
Cut the top of bellpeppers nicely. Deseed them throughly.carefully remove white flash as well from inside.try not to cut the bellpeppers.wash them inside out.
Boil water with 1 tsp salt. Add desseded whole bellpepper in boiling water.let in simmer in for 4-5 minutes.drain water & keep bellpeppers upside down on flat surface to drip off any excess water.
Boil peas till tender.boil corns till tender.
Wash tomatoes & blanch them by adding in boiling water for 2-3 min.till the skin comes out easily. Take out from water,remove skin & mash it with spoon to get a thick paste like texture.no need of blender.
Chop onion,garlic,ginger.add oil in pot.add zeera,as it pops up add chopped onion.fry till pink.
Add chop ginger garlic& fry till ginger softenes a bit & colour changes.add salt,haldi,lal mirch.fry till oil seprates.
Add tomato paste.fry for 2-3 minutes to blend in masala.add chicken mince & mix well.let it cook covered for 10 min over medium heat.
When qeema is well blended & softened,add boiled peas & boiled corn.mix well.let it cook for 5 min more to get mix altogether.
Oil comes at top then turn off flame. Add chop spring onions & coriander chop.shred mozzarella cheese in bowl.
Take oven safe dish, grease with 1 tsp oil.place blanced bellpeppers in it.fill peppers with stuffing.top with fresh chop mint leaves and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Preheat the oven at 180°c.place the dish in oven & bake for 25 min. Take out dish in between, turn the bellpeppers once.aftr 25 min.take out dish, filled rest of the stuffing in dish.give top heat tomelt the cheese and equaly balace the heat in dish for 5 min.
