Instructions to make Lachha Katori Chaat:
  1. Mix the curd and semolina in a pan and let it rest for 10 minutes to make a dough.
  2. Take a pan and boil sewain for 4 minutes.After boiling it rinse it and let it cool.
  3. Mix the sewain and other ingredients in the dough.
  4. Take dry sewain in a plate for coating.
  5. Make balls from this dough and press it in the middle by using a thumb or spoon to create a circular depression.
  6. Take a Kadai and pour food oil into it and dip these balls into it one by one for shallow fry.
  7. After shallow fry let it cool down and fill it by stuffing.
  8. Garnish it with pomegranate seeds, curd or green chutney.
  9. Serve it with sauce.
