  6. Prepare Diced kpomo
  7. Prepare 1 kg diced offal
  8. Take 15 big oporo
  9. Prepare Salt
  10. Prepare 2 knorr Cube

  1. Blend onions, green pepper, bell pepper and set aside; Wash offal and kpomo spice and parboil till its tender Pour in the palm oil, place the pot on heat and allow it stay until it's sizzling hot then pour in the blended pepper and onions (ensure it's not smoothly blended).
  2. Add the locust beans almost immediately after the pepper and allow it fry
  3. Keep stirring it to ensure it doesn't burn, pour in your diced offal, kpomo, oporo and continue to stir
  4. Allow it fry for another 15mins then add salt and knorr cube and let it simmer a bit. Your Ofada sauce is ready.
