  8. Get 2 biryani leaves
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  10. Prepare 1 cup soaked rice

  3. Once the onion turn into golden brown, put the soaked rice by removing water, put 2 table spoon of coriander powder, mix well, close the lid, keep the flame in low.
  4. Open the lid put 2 glass of water. Close the lid. Keep in high flame.
  5. Once started bubbles keep the stove in low flame. Mix well. Close the lid again. Wait until rice gets cooked
  6. Once the rice cooked, take into a plate, garnish with carrot and serve hot
