Steps to make Samosa:
  1. First, for the pastry we are going to make the dough. Take a bowl add flour, salt, ajwain and oil. Mix it very well unless it gives you a bread crumb like texture.   3. Take another pan add little oil and fry the peanuts and crushed mix it well with the stuffing.
  4. Roll the dough balls with oil in a thinnner way. Take a knife make it half. At the edge rub a liitle water. Fold the ends like cone. Add the stuffing. It should be of tight stuffing. Seal the ends
  5. Take a pan pour refined oil for deep fry make the flame high and fry the samosas gradually and stir it make it light brown.
  6. Your singara or samosa is ready to serve. Serve with green chutney and tamarind sauce.
