Instructions to make Goan prawn pulao:
  1. At first,wash the prawn
  2. Add salt,turmeric and chilli powder.
  3. Marinate and keep it for 10min
  4. Then,soak the rice for 30min
  5. Chop and peel the vegetables.
  6. Take a pan with oil
  7. Fry the marinate prawn from both side and keep in a plate.
  8. Add more oil in same pan.
  9. Add cumin,cardamom,cinnamon,pepper bay leaf and cloves
  10. Saute and stir it in pan
  11. Add all vegetable in pan
  12. Then,add ginger garlic paste,salt,lemon juice and both masala powder in same pan.
  13. Saute it for 5mins in pan.
  14. Then,add some ghee in same pan and saute it
  15. Add prawn stock water in pan.
  16. Give a stir in same pan
  17. Give the soak rice in pan and stir it.
  18. Then,put more water in pan as per require.
  19. Add the fried prawn and coriander in water.
  20. Then start boil and dry water.
  21. At boiling time,stir the water 1 or 2 times in pan.
  22. Dry the mixture and ready to serve.
