Instructions to make Moi moi (Bean pudding):
  1. First, get the beans and remove dirt particles from it
  2. Transfer the beans into the motar, add little water and use pestle to remove the beans skin
  3. After finishing, u will notice the skin separate from d beans. Use water to wash away the skin from the beans
  4. It was ok when almost all the skin separated from the bean
  5. Sock the bean in to the water for 20mins, after that mixed it with red bell pepper, scotch bonnet and onion
  6. Use hard blender or grinder to blend it till smooth but not watery. Add the salt, maggi, vegetable oil, curry and ground ginger. Mix them all to make it smooth
  7. Add the chopped spring onion
  8. Get the chicken stock
  9. Add some reasonable amount into the bean paste
  10. Note: do not add too much chicken stock in other for it not to be too watery
  11. Get the moi moi piece pans.in the absence of the pans, u can use poly bag to cook the moi moi
  12. Pour some amount into each pan and settle them in to the steamer
  13. Cover the steamer and allow it to steam for an hour or as desired under medium heat
  14. You can open the steamer and check whether it was done👀
  15. Remove it from fire when it was done
  16. Enjoy the traditional and delicious moi moi with chicken taste😋
