Instructions to make Five Star (5) Cuisines ☆:
  1. Bombay Chicken ☆ Bombay chicken bnany k liye blender mien brown onions, tomatoes or yogurt ko blend kr k paste bna lien. Eik pot mienoil dalien, chicken, ginger garlic paste, black pepper or salt dalien, 2 min pkany k baad yogurt puree daalien, sath hi red chilli powder, coriander powder or haldi daal mix krein. Or cover kr k 10 min pakny dien.
  2. Jb gosht gall jaye to bhoon lien oil oper aa jaye to Bombay chicken ready hai.
  3. Banarsi Daal ☆ Moong daal or masoor daal, dono ko pani k sath eik pot mien dalien red chilli powder, haldi powder or salt daal kr pakny. Itni dair pkayein jb daalien ghull mill jayein. Jb daal ghull jaye to amchoor or qasoori methi dal dein.
  4. Pan mien oil daal kr lehson chopped dalien or zeera daalin lehson brown ho jaye to daal mien tardka lgaa dein. Madrasi daal ready hai.
  5. Chinese Macaroni ☆ eik pan mien oil dalien garlic or sliced onions daal kr soutay krein phir Aaloo ko mattarr daal kr itna pkayein k dono vegetables gall jayein. Cumin seeds,salt and black pepper daalien.
  6. Chicken pieces or boiled macaroni daal kr mix krein, soya sauce or red crushed chilli daal kr 1 min pkayein. Chinese macaroni ready hai.
  7. Shahi Chicken Haleem ☆ tmaam daalien, daliya chawal boil kr lien, chicken mien tamam spices daal kr pkayein or koot lien. Daalien or daliya chawal grind kr k pkayein or koota hua chicken daal kr itna pkayein k haleem lasdaar ho jaye. Harri mirchon or lawazmat k sath serve krein.
  8. Shahi Zarda ☆ khullay pani mien yellow food colour daal kr rice boil kr lien. Eik pateelay mien oil daalien or ilaichi dalien 30 sec bd cheeni daal dien.
  9. Cheeni mien milk daalien or pkayein. Jb josh aany lggy or sheera 1 taar ka bnn jaye to chawal daal dien, dumm de dein. jbb ready ho jayein to dry nuts or chandi warq lga kr serve krein.
  10. Punjabi Paratha ☆ Aatay mien oil or salt daal k goondh lien. Or 15 min cover kr k chord dein, phir pairda bna kr mazeed 10 min rest dein. Bail kr roti ki terha bnayein oil lgayein or khush maida sprinkle krein or eik side se cut kr k cone ki terhan roll kr lien.
  11. Or pairda bna lien. 10 min cover kr k rakhie or bail kr paratha bna lien. Dono trf oil ya desi ghee lga kr khasta ker lien. Mazedar crispy Punjabi paratha ready hai.
