  1. Wash ur chicken and add spices,onions and seasoning cube. Boil till tender, keep the chicken stock aside cos u re going to use it for the jollof.
  2. Wash ur cabbage,carrot, cucumber with salt to remove dirt. Slice and add ur sweet corn. Blend ur tomatoes, freshpepper,tatashe and onions to a smooth paste.boil till the water dries up.
  3. Per boil ur rice for 10 to 15 mins,after that wash n keep aside. Fry ur chicken till brown,then fry ur tomatoes paste for 5 minutes before adding ur grounded tomatoes, freshpepper, tatashe and onions. Add ur seasoning cube and salt to taste. Allow to boil for some minutes bfor adding ur rice. Cover the pot lid with foil paper and leave to cook on low to medium heat.This way the rice will not burn before the water dries up.Allow to cook for about 30mins
  4. After about 30mins open the pot and properly combine all the ingredients together. Cover the pot again, and let it cook for an additional 10 minutes till tender. Your party jollof is ready 😋😋😋
