Now add crumbled cottage cheese and small amount of coriander leaves. Cook the ingredients for 1-2 minutes by stirring it. Now stuffing is ready, turn off he flame and transfer it into a plate so that it will cool very quickly.
  4. Now we will stuff the tomatoes, lets fill the stuffing as much as it gets filled in the tomatoes and repeat the same to prepare all the tomatoes. Now lets take the flat pan and add 1/2 tbsp oil in it and spread it in the pan, now place all the prepared tomatoes one by one in the pan and now pour the left oil on top of all the tomatoes placed in the pan and cover the pan with the lid and lets cook it for 3 mins on low medium flame.
  5. Now open the lid and slightly shift the tomatoes so that they gets soften from all the sides. Do this process very gently and make sure tomatoes are not broken since they will be very soft at this time. Cook the tomatoes until they slightly tender.
