  1. Wash and peel the potatoes. - Boil it until soft.

  3. Add grated pepper,chopped onions, add spices…curry,ginger and garlic and season it with salt and seasoning cube. - Mix it all together and make sure that the seasoning,spice and veggies are well mixed together.
  4. When u are done with the mixture, starting making balls out of the potato mixture until u finish making the balls.
  5. Breaks 1-2 eggs and whisk. - Put the oil on pan when the oil is hot….deep the potato inside the egg, roll it well inside the egg and put it into the pan with hot oil. - Fry it until golden brown.
  6. Walah…..!sweet potato is ready to take with pap(koko,akamu) or tea.
