The ingredients needed to make Kienyeji Chicken:
  1. Prepare 1 Medium Size Indigenous Chicken (Pre-Boiled)
  2. Prepare 2 Large onions
  3. Take 3 Tomatoes
  4. Prepare 4 Cloves Garlic minced
  5. Make ready 1 Small Size Ginger minced
  6. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon Chicken Masala
  7. Get 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  8. Get 1 Tablespoon Chibundiro
  9. Get Half Cup Dhania (Coriander) chopped
Instructions to make Kienyeji Chicken:
  1. Add Cooking Oil in the pot. Add onions and fry till its transulent then add garlic and ginger paste.
  2. Then add tomatoes. After 1 minute add chicken masala and thyme. Let it Simmer.
  3. Then put off the fire and add Dhania & Chibundiro.
