The ingredients needed to make Japanese Shrimp Tempura:
  1. Make ready 5 shrimps
  2. Get 4 tablespoon flour
  3. Take 1 tablespoon starch
  4. Get 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  5. Get 70 ml water
  6. Take 1 cube ice
Instructions to make Japanese Shrimp Tempura:
  1. Remove outside skin. Cut inside and make shrimp straight.
  2. Make Tempura mixture putting one cube ice.
  3. Put shrimp in Tempura mixture and immediately fry in 2cm deep oil. Sprinkle Tempura mixture over shrimp.
  4. Fry both side
  5. Garnish with green onion.
