  1. Take 4 Leftover Roti
  2. Prepare 1 sliced tomato
  3. Make ready 1 sliced boiled Potato
  4. Prepare 1 sliced Cucumber
  5. Prepare 100 gm Paneer
  6. Prepare 50 gm chesse
  7. Take 1/2 teaspoon black Pepper powder
  8. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  9. Take to taste Salt
  10. Make ready as needed Butter

Instructions to make Sandwich pizza from leftover Roti:
  1. Thoroughly spread butter on one side of each of the 4 Roties
  2. Now spread cucumber slices thoroughly on the buttered side of one One Roti
  3. Now sprinkle the spices
  4. Salt,grated paneer (mixed with the spices & chopped Coriander leaves) & Cheese and cover it with the un buttered side of the second Roti, so that the buttered portion of the second Roti comes on the top
  5. Evenly spread boiled Potato slices throughout the buttered portion on the second Roti & repeat the same process of sprinkling as on 1st Roti
  6. Place the un buttered potion of 3nd Roti over it & spread thoroughly tomato slices. Repeat same process as on 1 st & second roti.Lastly cover the layer with last ie 4th Roti.
  7. Press the layers gently & spread butter on the top Roti. Heat a non-stick pan & place the bunch of Roti over the pan in such a way so that the buttered portion of the top roti comes on the heated pan
  8. Spread some butter on the top Roti & cover it with a lid.Let it remain on the pan for 2 minutes on low flame
  9. Turn the Bunch up side down carefully & spread grated cheese on the top & cover it with lid. let it cook for further 2 minutes on low flame
  10. Now take the crispy Roti Bunch out of the Pan,place it on a plate, cut the Bunch by pizza cutter/ knife into 4 pieces & serve it hot
