Steps to make Chana roast:
  1. Take a bowl take 1 cup of chickpeas.
  2. Take cornflour and maida add water in it and make slurry for coating of chickpeas.
  3. Take a bowl coat the chickpeas with slurry and put in refrigerator for 30 mins.
  4. After 30 mins take out from refrigerator and deep fry it upto colour get golden and chickpeas get lighter and crispy.
  5. Take chickpeas out and take woke put some oil and add chole masala, chat masala, lemon and spices.
  6. After adding masalas add chickpeas and mix it very well.
