  1. Get Pomo
  2. Prepare Abacha
  3. Get Ugba

I also used Ugba and garden egg in the preparation. Abacha and ugba is simply irresistible when it is presented to you.

Steps to make Abacha and ugba:
  1. Cut and boil the pomo when is soft,add the fish,season with onion,seasoning and salt.bleach red oil and fry it in it.
  2. Bleach redoil and fry onion,salt and fresh pepper rinse in the abacha fry all with a low heat add salt to taste.after three minutes turn off heat.mix fresh pepper with the pomo and ugba add lityle of the stock and simmer a bit.

I also used Ugba and garden egg in the preparation. Abacha and ugba is simply irresistible when it is presented to you. Abacha is specially prepared with cassava. Ugba is another ingredient that will make this salad delicious. African Salad, also known as Abacha Ncha is one of the most popular eastern Nigeria side dishes.
