  1. In a pan heat oil and add onions to sauté.
  2. When onions turn pink add to it frozen corn.
  3. Now add veggies like carrot and capsicum.
  4. Add salt and ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  5. When it is done transfer it to the bowl and add Italian seasoning.
  6. Also add pizza cheese grated and chilli flakes. Mix well.
  7. Now take the soft bread and roll it using rolling pin.
  8. Now cut the circle shape from the bread.
  9. Slit from the one side to give a shape of half triangle. Also spread oil or butter to one side of the bread.
  10. Put the bread in the appam pan or idli shape pan. Fix the bread in the form of funnel.
  11. Fill the bread bowls with stuffing.Put more cheese from the top.
  12. Cover with lid and cook till it gets crispy.
  13. After 5-6 mins of cooking you will see the cheese is melted.
  14. Now serve it with ketchup to kids.
