  1. Prepare 1 kg Ugba
  2. Prepare 3 teaspoon Ngo

  5. Get 1 cksp Crayfish
  6. Prepare 2 teaspoon Black pepper
  7. Prepare 7 pieces Pomo
  8. Prepare 1 wrap maggi cube
Steps to make Ugba:
  1. Unwrap the ugba and rinse.Boil the pomo to be soft with salt and onion.
  2. In a pot put the ngo and palmoil mix together the colour will change then add salt,dry pepper,crayfish,pomo and then the ugba.
  3. Turn very well and unwrap the maggi cubes and add to it.mix again and simmer to serve warm.
