  4. Keep stiring.
  5. Once it is turned golden brown..turn off the flame and take it out.
  6. Clean the pan with tissue..pour milk in the same pan.
  7. Let it come to boil on high flame.
  8. Once it is started boiling turn the flame to low.
  9. Boil it for 15-20 minutes..keep stiring in between.
  10. Now add dry fruits.mix it well.
  11. Now add shevai and sugar…mix it well.
  12. Cook it for 5-10 minutes on low flame.
  13. Keep on stiring.
  14. Now turn on the flame.
  15. Serve it.
