The ingredients needed to make Masala potatoes|Fries:
  1. Take Potatoes
  2. Get Onions
  3. Get Garlic
  4. Prepare Small scotch bonnet
  5. Get 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  6. Make ready 1 tsp soy sauce
  7. Take 1 tbsp ketchup
  8. Make ready Garam masala
  9. Take Chopped parsley
  10. Get Spring onions
  11. Make ready Curry
  12. Prepare Veg oil

Don't peel them: the roasted skin will add some crunch to the potatoes. Then chop them into bite-size pieces and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Add the garam masala, the curcuma and the curry powder as well. Line a baking tray with parchment paper/foil.

Steps to make Masala potatoes|Fries:
  1. Peel, cut,wash and fry ur potatoes
  2. Cut your onions and chop parsley and spring onions
  3. In a pot, add oil then add onions. Add in garlic and scotch bonnet and fry till transculent.
  4. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, garam masala and curry and mix. Then add in chopped parsley and spring onions
  5. Mix for 3 mins then add fry potatoes and stir for another 2 mins. Turn off heat. Serve and enjoy
