  4. Preheat oven, brush half the vegetable oil over the fritters and grill in the oven at 180 degrees (Celsius) for 15 minutes, remove from oven and carefully flip over the fritters and brush the other side with the rest of the oil and return to finish grilling
  5. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve with cilantro chutney or the sauce of your choice
