The ingredients needed to make Onion chutney:
  1. Prepare 5 onion
  2. Prepare 8-10 dry Red chilli
  3. Get 4 garlic cloves
  4. Get 1 tsp Jeera/cumin seeds

  6. Take 2 tsp jaggery

  1. Deep fry sliced onions (barista),dry roast Red chilli,zeera,add to a grinder along with fried onions, garlic salt,grind to coarse or fine paste.
  2. Add jaggery while grinding.(Add fried curry leaves and imli for different flavour). adjust chillies according to taste.
