  1. PREPARATION:; Firat you prepare all your ingredients by washing your periwinkles and cleaning the smoked fish, wash your assorted meat and set it on the fire to boil till it’s tender, while you wait slice your onions and also wash your locust beans ( they sometimes have some shell particles in them so Watch out.
