  1. Prepare 400 gm custard apple

  6. Take 2 tbsp milk powder/dairy whitner

  1. Removed custard apple pulp and deseed it with blender or mixer
  2. Make sure the whipping cream, fresh cream cup is equal to custard apple crush.
  3. Pour the whipping cream and beat in on high for 5mins untill you get stiff peak.
  4. Now add milk powder and condensed milk simultaneously while beating the mixture. Once the peak is stiff add the pulp and fold for 3 times.
  5. Pour in a airtight container and blast chill for 30 min or in normal freezer for 5 hours and serve with sugar confetti or crush.
