The ingredients needed to make Satvik Plate:
  1. Take 5 boiled potato
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup paneer cubes
  3. Prepare to taste sendha salt
  4. Prepare 1/4 tsp red chilli
  5. Get 2 pinch turmeric powder
  6. Take 1/2 cup fresh tomato puree
  7. Get 1/2 tsp dry roasted jeera
  8. Prepare 2 cups boiled water
  9. Make ready 1/2 cup oil
  10. Prepare 1 cup curd
  11. Make ready 1 cup grated raddish
  12. Take 1/2 cup sabudana flour
  13. Get 1/2 cup chesnut flour
  14. Take 1/2 cup buckwheat's flour
  15. Make ready as taste salt
  16. Get 1 tsp pure ghee

Satvik Gugal Incense is hand rolled using a traditionally blended paste made from the best ingredients and perfumed with the fragrance of gugal. In nutshell, "Tamas" = Stale/Preserved food, "Rajas" = Tasty/Stimulating food, "Satvik" there are lot of restrictions in cow's milk before it can be declared satvik - first, the cow's own calf must have drunk. Instructions to make Satvik Plate:
  1. Take a boiled potato peeled and cut in cubes and 1potato mashed.
  2. Take a bowl add flours and grated raddish,salt mix and make a dough keep a side for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a pan add oil,jeera and tomato puree saute few seconds then add dry spices mix and add boiled potato and paneer cubes saute for few seconds.
  4. Then add 2 cups of boiled water and cook for 2 miniutes.
  5. Take a nonstick tawa add desi ghee and make a roti apply ghee for both sides.
  6. Serve roti,aloo paneer veggie and plain curd.
