  1. Make ready 1 cup rice flour
  2. Make ready 1 cup water
  3. Take to taste salt
  4. Take For shallow frying Ghee
  5. Take 2 tsp Oil

Chawal ki roti is a super soft and tasty breakfast served with chutney or curry. This is one of the traditional dishes prepared in my home town with the same name as 'Chawal Ki Roti'. Steps to make Rice flatbread (chawal ki roti):
  1. In a pot boil 1 cup of water when it comes to boil add salt and 2 tsp of oil in it mix it.
  2. Put the rice flour in it. cover the dough and keep is aside for 5 mins so that it absorbs the water and becomes soft. Make lemon size balls from the dough.
  3. Dust it with little rice flour and flatten it with hands.Now dust more flour and roll it into thin circle with a rolling pin make sure roll it thin from the edges.
  4. Heat a flat pan roast the roti over it.Flip it over when bubbles starts appearing.Now flip it again on the other side and press with the flat spatula and let it puff up and get brown spots.
  5. Remove the roti in a plate and apply ghee over it.
