The ingredients needed to make Spicy dosa:
  1. Take 1-1/2 cup raw rice

Steps to make Spicy dosa:
  1. Raw rice 1 1/2 cup toor dal 1/2 cup, wash two times and soak it for 2 to 4hrs.
  2. Add 25 shallots, 7 garlic, 1tsp cumin seeds, 1tsp fennel seeds, 7 to 10 red chillies, cinnamon cloves 4, 2tsp coriander seeds and grind coarsely.
  3. Then add soaked rice, dal, salt, hing and add water and grind it to dosa batter.
  4. Add chopped coriander curry leaves mix well. Heat pan brush some oil and pour dosa batter make thick or thin dosa, add oil cook for a mint. Flip then add little oil and cook for another mintues.

Relish the Dosas as breakfast or meal with sambhar and coconut chutney. Oat dosas are instant dosas and make a great breakfast or any time snack. This gluten-free dish is made with oats, rice flour, yogurt, and a few spices. I am also adding cabbage and carrots for texture.
