  1. Make ready 1 kg Chicken (or turkey) Gizzards
  2. Get 3 green peppers
  3. Prepare 3 Red bell peppers
  4. Take 2 big Red chilli peppers
  5. Prepare 3 habanero peppers
  6. Take 5 Spring onion(count by strips not stalks)
  7. Get 10 green beans
  8. Take 1 handful green peas
  9. Take 4 medium sized carrots
  10. Take 1 small onion
  11. Make ready 1 clove garlic
  12. Prepare 1 small sized ginger(or 1/2 tsp)
  13. Take 2 tablespoons corn flour (or corn starch)
  14. Take 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  15. Prepare Dried thyme, curry powder and bay leaves (to season the Gizzards
  16. Make ready Salt and seasoning (to taste)

  5. Your Gizzards should be done by now; add in the blended peppers and onion, then water to the level of the Gizzards in the pot.  - - Before it starts boiling add in the flour and stir to mix(it should mix finely because the stock is warm)  - - Cover your pot and allow to boil
  6. Add in the vegetable oil, then the chopped peppers and vegetables(green peas and all) in no particular order. Stir gently and taste for salt
  7. Add some salt and seasoning if needed, and allow to simmer for about 1 minute and it's ready for serving  - - Serve with either pasta, rice etc of your choice
