  1. Wash kidney thoroughly and cut
  2. In a bowl add in all ingredients together except onion,sweet pepper and kidney
  3. Marinade the kidney with the mixture. let's set for an hour or 2
  4. Thread kidney in to skewer(soak skwer in water) a kidney, 1 chunk of onion another kidney,1 chunk of tomato,then another kidney and sweet paper.(as seen in the picture above)
  5. Grill over a coal basting witheftover marinade untill its done.
  6. I served mine with fried plaintain
